Perfect location! So close to Charles Bridge but away from the crowds. Easy walking distance to all locations, so we did not bother with transport but was on the door step. Hotel staff very pleasant especially the receptionist who seemed to be there full time! Breakfast was great, with a good choice and great coffee. The afternoon soup etc was a bonus. If we were to visit Prague again we would definitely stay here again.

The experience was one of the best I ever had in a city break: the hotel staff are professional, helpful, attentive, caring. It starts from the front desk, passing through the exquisite food at the Hotel restaurant and the service provided in the restaurant was simply amazing: professional.This added the excellence of the Hotel restaurant cosy decoration and the selection of menu. Nice place, friendly staff. Initial bookiing had issues but they were sorted fairly easily. About a 15 minute walk from Liberec centre, rooms clean and well maintained. No coffee for the coffee machine, which is unusual as most hotels have some coffee included. Lots of places to chill out or to keep kids happy. No ability to stream Netflix etc to the TV, but that's a very minor thing. WiFi in rooms good. Shower very good. Linh very helpful with good English (handy as my Czech speaking is...

FANTASTIC localisation on the lower part of the slope, very acoomodating staff. We were picked up by the scooter to get to he property and alos taken down by it at the end. distance is walkable as well but on the side of the ski slope. very celan, new, fresh hotel, cozy restaurant, great views, ski room, reasonably priced wellness (massages, wraps, jaquzzi etc.) to book there. Friendly great place, deifinitely to come back in the future. Breakfast was good as well.
