Beautiful property immersed in nature. The views, architecture, pool and plants were stunning. Food at the restaurant was excellent. A really unique stay.

The hotel lived up to all the reviews. Great staff - good food and a very safe environment. Well done and a big thank you to one and all. Neil Hunter

Exceptional hotel, location is perfect, the scenery is stunning , the room is clean and modern, swimming pool set amidst beautiful gardens and the staff is super friendly, we really loved our stay

A spacious property would like to return again with extended family group. Great facilities, kitchen was well equipped could easily cater for group. Good communication from owners always helpful. Not in the main historical district but had plenty of places to buy food or eat also easy and cheap to get transport. View of football stadium.

Only complaints: was promised a phone to use. No phone. Was supposed to be herbs and spices, they weren’t there, either. Otherwise smooth and easy experience. Thank you.

Excellent value. good pool area lovely and hood food. Service excellent

Staff really friendly and seem to want you to enjoy your stay. Concierge had great restaurant recommendations and was able to get us tables. Barman was great. Interconnecting room perfect for families and spacious. Would definitely visit again.

This hotel is a little gem. As the name would suggest chocolate plays a major role in both the design of the rooms and the offerings at breakfast time. The rooms are large and well appointed whilst the breakfast, with or without chocolate, will set you up for the day. There is a small museum about chocolate manufacturing on site as well. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Amazing!!!!

Great location, communicative staff and a clean little apartment with decent facilities for a short stay.

Great apartment, very comfy bed everything you need for stay . Balcony and terrace nice bonus. Very central everything walking distance

Lovely spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and linen. Nice bathroom products. Great to have a bathroom with a bidet too. Although not in the historic centre it was only a 10-15 min Uber ride and they were excellent value. There is a supermarket a 3 min walk if you need anything and a lovely cafe 5 min walk if you don’t want a big breakfast at hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and set in the most amazing valley and vineyard. The Chapel is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the pool is a good size. The facilities are great. Transfer to and from Rede Station included, but not from Régua. The restaurant is not very good at all - the vegetarian rice dish was very bland and the food poorly seasoned, but the wine was fantastic. It was also great value.

I loved this hotel although on first impression you may think its too far away from Porto and doesnt look very attractive from the outside its really whats inside that counts. The breakfast was amazing inc GLUTEN FREE corner with cornflakes & croissants 🙌🙌 The shower in the room had great pressure, an Iron that actually was better than the one at home, a fridge, Great Wifi. Room service, Housekeeping all 1st class and the jewel in the crown was Patricia in the spa!! Best massage yet. Its...
