I booked the the room with the hot tub but they gave me a very small room without the hot tub, breakfast is very basic (no fruit at least banana), staff is ok

first they don't have TV cable Second the TV wasn't working properly we had a really hard time to make it work with the control 3-the AC unit and heated unit couldn't find out how to work... it is called weather and we need it here never work..
