The windows were so filthy you couldn’t see out, the furniture was beat up and the carpet old and dirty. I was there for 7 nights on business and my room was only vacuumed once. One time they took the dirty towels out and didn’t replace them. The drink machines were not working on two floors, when I asked the front desk if they knew about this, they shrugged. Poor customer service and a poorly managed property."
