Location worked well for our purpose. Transportation, dining, and more, were easily accessible. The kitchen/restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, going beyond regular service to help during our stay. Room electrical outlets/switches were odd and took some effort to see what works and what didn’t. During our first day we kept hearing a rather loud, annoying motor or fan-type noise. Turned out it was a hotel hair dryer that was hooked up in the drawer that was randomly turning itself on. How or why it went unnoticed by cleaning staff was odd. Otherwise only noises were primarily from floor above where we could hear others walking around.

First night, I was given room (in the annex) with non-functioning aircon. Fortunately they pass me a small stand fan. They changed my room the next day and it was all good

This property blew our minds! The staff were all wonderful. The decor was just stunning! And overall it was a wonderful experience. Will definitely be staying there again the next time we are in London and plan to stay at their other locations around Europe.
