"Friendly staff, nice breakfast, central location"

"Hi im gluten free last year when i stayed there was lot of food to eat with different choice this year was hardly nothing i could only eat rolls with salmon or cheese no greek yogurt or fresh fruit salad so i was dispointed room was up top very hot no air in the room toilet wasnt all that clean no bath towels were changed and empty bins didn't see no cleaning my last stay was lovely. "

"This is a lovely hotel with great staff and a comfortable room but unfortunately the soundproofing internally is non existent and as a consequence it is a very noisy place, particularly in the morning."

"My family and I have stayed here 3 times and will always come back here in the future. Fantastic place to stay, great facilities for kids, great communication, great location."

"Listing for this booking hides that towels and parking are not available without additional costs, and that beds need to be made by guests and rubbish taken out by guests. Bringing towels with us from abroad and taking them back as wet towels wasn’t something I was expecting when I made the booking. All of this is mentioned on the follow up communication "

"We love coming to the Prado and it's location is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We will come back again, later in the year."
