Loved the little villas . Beautiful safe private neighbourhood Super close to all tourist attractions s such as eagle and palm beach and the tourist restaurant hub. The beaches are so beautiful. They have little guts to use so you don’t have to rent chairs and no one bugs you to buy anything. house was just as shown in pictures. Had all amenities needed from cookware to dishes, glasses, dish soap etc. Enough towels to support staying a week. Along with beach towels, cooler and chairs for beach! this was perfect during these uncertain times with pandemic with having our own private property and didn’t feel like there was a pandemic other then curfew which was fine. Loved Aruba was our first time everything is so close to drive. So easy to drive there and super safe. And the locals are the most friendly from any island I have been on. Will definitely go back.

The romantic red villa was perfect for us! Very cute, very cozy, clean, and convenient. They had an iron, blow dryer, towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler for our use. All of these came in very handy during our stay. Property manager Jhon was very courteous, helpful, and always available. Location was only a few minutes drive from the beaches as well as the Superfood plaza for groceries and supplies. We loved our stay and we will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience staying Aruba Cunucu Village. We stayed in the Signature Apartment and had plenty of room and it was well maintained and clean. Jhon got us settled in on day one and was super to deal with. We cannot wait to return and will definitely be booking here again!!

Perfect stay!!!

Aruba Cunucu Village was amazing!! It was everything we expected and more. Jhon was in touch with us before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful our entire stay.Our Cunucu was adorable, sparkling clean and had everything we needed, iron & board, hair dryer, 2 TV's and our own washer/dryer as well as internet, big private yard and full, well equipped kitchen. We used the pool 2X, it was clean and not crowded at all Great central location (in Noord). I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!!! Wonderful place!!!

Love Cunucu Village

We very much liked the atmosphere at the Cunucu Village. The brightly colored homes were beautiful. The rental met all our needs. So happy it had a complete kitchen. The staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. Would definitely stay here again.

Schoon appartement, netjes onderhouden en lijkt als nieuw. Geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het zwembad is toegankelijk tot 10.00 avonds en maakt het dan mogelijk om na zonsondergang nog in het water te genieten.

Well located, less than 15 minute drive to great beaches, we had one of the yellow houses and it was a beautiful property, very well decorated - maybe the sofa needs a deep cleaning but considering that people come from the beach and have kids jumping over etc this is fine - it wasn't a concern to us. Andrea (the host) that lives close to one of the houses was extremely nice with us, always ready to help and provide advices where to eat and buy groceries. The only downsize of the property where the beach seats provided.. were in poor conditions.. although I exchanged a few messages with owner and he took my advice to replace the beach chairs. In a nutshell I will definitely come back to any of the properties listed, next time I will book the green house as Andrea was able to give us a little tour and is magnificent for 4 adults and two small kids !

Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay! These Villas are a perfect getaway from the high rise hotels. It was about a 10 minute drive to the hotel beaches, but there was so much local flare around that we spent almost as much time exploring this area as well as the beach. The lady Andrea that checked us in was extremely helpful and everything was clean and in great shape. When we come back to Aruba, I will definitely want to stay here again!

Die Vermieterin Andrea war sehr nett, kümmerte aich mehr als ausreichend um uns. Nur zum check out (es gibt kein Office) erschien sie nicht wie am Vorabend vereinbart. Doch alles spannungsfrei abgewickelt, jederzeit wieder!

Awesome!

If we come back to Aruba, Cunucu Village will be our first choice for accommodation. We are a couple of two and this place was really big enough for us. We also loved the little back yard. We stood here for 8 Nights and missed nothing at all.

Our Little Cottage in Aruba

Our stay at Cunucu Village was a great experience for my family especially when it was our first Villa. The Villa was very spacious and beautiful decor! Rudger and Andrea were very kind and I am going to tell all of my friends and family to book their stay with Cunucu Village when they go to Aruba! They definitely get 10 stars from us! The Little Red House in Noord

A nice quiet villa, clean and comfortable for a family of four. Although not on the beach, close enough to easily drive anywhere to all major sites/beaches. We enjoyed the New Year's party hosted by Rudger! We would come back and stay again.

Great little house. We had a wonderful time and found the accommodations perfect. Loved the privacy and it was only a 15 minute drive to Moomba beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent a house.

Sehr gut!

Das Haus (eines der roten Häuser) befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet (nicht gated oder mit security, weil vermutlich nicht nötig auf Aruba) und ist relativ einfach zu finden. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet genügend Platz, eine kleine Terasse und eine gute Anbindung an die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel (Auto allerdings nötig). Super ist auch die Möglichkeit der Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und stand uns bei Problemen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist in der Nähe, hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt und wir haben ihn daher nicht genutzt.
