"The property was great, the food and service was excellent. Unfortunately the shuttle service that was offered with my trip that i paid extra for was awful. Our trip was delayed coming in and so no one was there to pick us up, on the way home the shuttle service came 5 hours before our flight departed. Get a cab it’s cheaper and more reliable"

"Beautiful site. We loved the free drinks (non-alcoholic for us) and snacks in the evening. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. We saved hundreds of dollars on food expenses staying here! The staff was all kindness, rooms clean and well maintained. Take the free electric bikes to eagle beach for the day. It’s a lovely time!"

"We had a nice birthday trip to TRYP. We were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne and many smiles. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Priscilla was a lovely Stand out and knew so much about the area. We received a surprise, complementary bottle of champagne in our room, one night for our birthday. Very thoughtful! Very nice vibe at the hotel, breakfast was quiet and delightful with tropical birds trying to snatch our food. Loved it! I should note it’s very phonetic and loud a few minutes away. This is probably a very convenient for families who like chain restaurants, and malls, but may not suit others. It did not affect our sleep at all. If you walk five or 10 minutes along the beach north There are many gorgeous, quiet hotels, and restaurants. Don’t miss Moomba beach bar! Thanks TRYP!"

"I enjoyed my stay. The room is large and air conditioning works well. I would recommend having a chair without arms or a unit where one can put their suitcase. In my case this was a bunnies trip so a room with a small desk and chair would have been great. It is no frills but I enjoyed the free parking and found the staff friendly and helpful."
