Old Thai style right on the river walk and next to tha sadet (day market). 400 metres from "soi farang", with bars and eating places. Hotel could use some updating, but overall very clean and good location.

Liked: Staff & service
Guest House right on the river front.
The location is terrific, the restaurant facing the river does good meals and the staff were generally friendly and helpful although English is limited. It's a guest house not a hotel so be mindful of that and unfortunately since the place is an old timber building noise is an issue coming up from downstairs and along the corridors.
Great location and easy to get to everything. I was disappointed because I paid for a deluxe room with a balcony and did not get one. I complained to the front desk but they didn't understand me. I even had my girlfriend who is Thai try to explain it but no response. I emailed Hotels.com but no response so disappointed. Great for experience near the market and river walk.
The only this good about this hotel is the location. The staff was very rude, wifi didn't work, the bathroom was dirty and the bedding seemed to have been washed but still had stains. The staff was even rude to kids. The kids spoke Thai so the staff could understand them. I will never go back.
This room was horrible. I will never stay here again. The sheets were washed but they looked old and had stains. The bathroom was nasty dirty. The wifi didn't work in he rooms and inly worked sometime in the lobby. The girls working at the hotel were very very rude. We booked two rooms. Both rooms were bad. We books a deluxe suit and a regular room. The regular room was bigger then the deluxe and had a balcony. The deluxe room didn't have a balcony and was a lot smaller. The view from the hotel deck was amazing. It looked over the river but you could stay at many other guest houses and have the same view. I will never go back.
