"La chambre n'était pas propre, le tapis dans la salle de bain était sale. L'accueil, personne ne nous a prêté attention (le portable est plus important apparemment). On sonne le soir alors que nous étions en pyjama pour nous dire qu'il manquait une information sur le formulaire. Nous avons dû aller chercher du personnel pour pouvoir déjeuner car personne au restaurant. Pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles, je vous le déconseille. "Excelente hotel! Todo muy limpio, las habitaciones con muy buena presentación, muy cómodas, baño limpio, muy buena conexión de wifi! El personal muy atento, nos ayudaron dándonos tips sobre lugares para visitar, para pedir tuc tuc para ir a la estación de tren,etc, muy amables y serviciales, todo muy bien!
