"This is more of a budget property but for what it is, they do a very good job. Located close to Yokota Air Force Base at Fussa station. Breakfast is included with all reservations. It is right next to the Fussa train station but noise was minimal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They don't offer many amenities but there are plenty of stores nearby. Food, shopping etc. The grocery store is amazing."

"The staff in the hotel are very friendly and efficient with their priorities. The room was very well cleaned and secure. The general air conditioning is very good. The staff in the breakfast area, are very happy and friendly. The breakfast buffet is nice. "

"Great place to stay. Some information in other languages for guests would have been helpful. For example we could not distinguish between the recycling bins in the room. Bed was comfortable. "

"Loved the hotel , the breakfast buffet was always amazing and it was in a non tourist neighborhood which was nice . Only down fall was you needed to take a train a hour to two hours to go to the tourist spots , but that isn’t their fault , clearly you can book hotels closer to those spots ! The staff was always kind and did their best with the language barrier between us . Would stay again ! "
