"We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we return. "

"The rooms are very clean and the laundry is next level; there is a washer AND dryer as one unit in each room so you can put your things in overnight while you sleep and they are clean for the next day! If you want to cook there is a full on kitchen, dishes, stove and fridge in each room as well and Apple TV and good Wi-Fi - anything you could need really The staff really do go above and beyond. They picked us up from our airport shuttle drop off and they would take us to the mountain every day we needed! They are so accommodating Not only that, they actually let us store luggage after we checked out for the day until our next rental came up and they even dropped us with our luggage off at our next rental location. Seriously the best experience and service I’ve ever had from a stay facility. Very fair pricing- probably the best pricing in this town, and I think I will stay here each year now. Also if you like dogs they have a couple very sweet small dogs in the office. Please help this business thrive everyone; they are really the best. "
