"Hotel is very dated furniture/carpet wise, our room smelt horrible, I had to buy air freshener. The air-conditioning was very very noisy & mouldy in the vents defo need a good clean or replacing. Breakfast had no real choices, waffles or cereal nothing for my friend who needs gluten free. Miles from anywhere, Ubers to get to places like Canal Street/ Bourbon Street cost between $18-$40 each way. Told there were no buses by hotel staff but if you walk towards the industrial area for around 20mins you can get buses for $1.25c."

"Staff was helpful, friendly and patient. The bed in 3406 has a loud noise when turning over. Loved watching the cloud to cloud lightening from the window. "
