"The house is new and clean but the area around the house is unpleasant. The matresses are very uncomfortable with sink holes in them. The owner did doublebooking and tried to kick us out in the middle of our stay there. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I booked an apartment in March for April after spending hours looking at potential options. We arrived at the apartment to be told it wasnโ€™t ready and weโ€™d have to go to a hotel in Zabljak instead! The apartment wasnโ€™t ready because it was early in the season! The property is still being advertised as available now! We didnโ€™t stay at the hotel because it was a small room with kitchenette that wasnโ€™t suitable. We found another apartment nearby. The man at SOA Hotel was very unsympathetic and kept saying the hotel room was our best option/best thing for us! Obviously it was the best option for them, not us! We are trying to get a refund but they are refusing! At no point did they try and contact us about the apartment not being ready, if they had we could have arranged something else much sooner! Itโ€™s a scam!"
