"The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever."

Welcoming reception, and very helpful staff when I had one problem with my keycard and one problem with taxi pickup that I had self arranged. Comfortable stay. Large selection of breakfast items. Next to a mall for all of your shopping needs, along with a few restaurants. Area not very exciting, mainly good for business trips or visiting family.

After a bad experience in another hotel i decided to book another hotel urgently. I found Meluha the fern and booked on the same day. After explaining the bad experience I had last night they let me check in earlier. Basically they saved my trip! I’m very greatful to the staff and would 100% recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t heaitate to stay here again.
