This was one of my favourite places I have stayed. Location amazing on their coffee plantation. Beautiful walks and amazing food. The staff can’t do enough for you and the swimming pool is lovely too. 3 beautiful dogs to keep you company too.

Wayanad Wild was amazing. The jeep ride to the property was exhilarating. The staff were super helpful. Food always delicious. The rooms were large and clean. The staff organised lots of activities and the pool was lovely. It was a fantastic holiday made extra special by the wonderful staff.

Comfortable,centrally located,courteous service,good parking area .Food was really good and sumptuous.Ambience was excellent and the piano programme during the dinner time was so melodius.....Our special mention to the musician... Lovely place to chill out. Could sit on that porch for days. The "Tent" was great, very comfortable and all the luxuries of a modern hotel. The food was good too though they could have asked us what we wanted as there seems to be a lot wasted (as with many places to be fair). We felt well looked after all round. The location was good in some ways in that you an wander straight into the plantations and there's treking quite near. Only real downside is that it's quite a long way from the sanctuary...

During our stay at the Savoy in Ooty, we were endlessly impressed with the level of service by all staff from the gardeners to the managers who were attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate with rooms that reflect the heritage of the property while providing clean, well maintained and modern aspects that you want when travelling. Excellent Spacious Rooms with very good service and restaurant. Complementary breakfast is too good with many options. Hotel is close by Doddabetta peak and hence having own vehicle would be better as it is 9km from ooty railway station. otherwise be ready to shell out more for taxi request at travel desk. It is very lonely and peaceful place to be. We enjoyed staying here for 3 days and 2 nights. Stayed on 29 to 31 Mar 2013. Family with one 3 years kid.

I STAYED IN THE HOTEL FOR TWO DAYS WITH MY WIFE. DESPITE LANGUAGE HANDICAP I ENJOYED MY STAY. ROOM SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. ROOMS ARE CLEAN SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. WHAT PLEASED ME MUCH WAS THE RECEPTION-DESK.THE MANAGEMENT IS CO-OPERATIVE AND GUEST-FRIENDLY. I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT IT AGAIN AND AGAIN....

We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Valley. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being very supportive and attentive throughout our visit. The hill view room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking view that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning scenery.

The view from the room in morning was mind blowing. Staffs are really good and the food they provided was really very good like homemade. If you are a nature loving person and want a peaceful environment, i would really recommend this place.

The staff provided friendly and resourceful service. The travel desk effectively arranged sightseeing tours for guests. However, the rooms needed a fresh coat of paint, and the bathrooms required renovation to enhance their appeal.
