"Clear room. The hotel is isolated from major stores and restaurants. They do offer a mini convenience store in the lobby. There is no airport shuttle. You do need to have access to a taxi app for taxi request which was about 3200 yens to the airport"

"Traveling by car, we found the spacious parking lot to be a major advantage. Our room was clean, and the public bath provided the perfect way to unwind. We received exceptional customer service from the front desk team, with a special mention to Mr. Shusei Ando, who made our check-in process smooth and efficient. As it was our familyโs first time visiting Sawara, we were eager to try a local Japanese restaurant for dinner. Mr. Andoโs recommendation was the perfect choice and a wonderful way to end our day. And the buffet breakfast the following day was a great way to fuel up before heading out on our long road trip."

"The views of the ocean and the room I booked overlooking them were beautiful. My room was clean, comfortable and well set up. The location is convenient with enjoyable shopping and attractions nearby. The amenities of the hotel were great, with onsen and the lobby has a gift shop, bar, arcade huge seating area and overall a cool aesthetic with floor to ceiling windows showing the beautiful ocean view. The staff working there were all incredibly courteous, friendly and kind people who made the stay really enjoyable. Really appreciated their exemplary customer service. Looking forward to my next visit here, and to stay longer next time! "

"Itโs an older hotel, not located anywhere convenient or near major sightseeing spots, but quite nice. Hardly any foreign tourists when I stayed, so if you want to experience the good old Japan (that is becoming increasingly difficult to find), here is the excellent option."
