Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.

Hotel Okura Niigata
駐車場の使い勝手が良い（野外駐車場）受付の手間が省けます。 新潟駅には、バスで十分対応出来るので、飲食等は不便は無いです。 今回は、古町を飲食利用要しましたが、穴場スポットと遭遇し大満足でした。 ホテルスタッフさんの対応も親切で大変ありがったです。

Hotel Sunroute Niigata
The property and rooms were a little dated and the rooms smelled like smoke. Room size was adequate and breakfast buffet was good, with Adele ton of local area dishes. But overall good value
