"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort in Costa Rica! The property was absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of great options. We especially loved the relaxing big pool, tropical scenery. "The resort was over all nice only issue we had was the day we needed to leave to the airport to depart the transportation to bring us down took an hour to come get us and almost made us late for our flight. The resort is up a hill and no walking is permitted for safety. So you are forced to wait. We called the office several times to get picked up and the phone would just ring and then they would answer and tell us to wait outside so we waited outside of our room for one hour before being picked up. Also, the room stated with the stay you only get two complementary bottles of water and one coffee you have to pay for the rest but other than that, it was a pretty decent day and the resort itself was very nice and close to the beach just keep in mind that you have to wait to go around the resort."
