"All of the staff we came in contact with were extremely pleasant and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights. After the 2nd night, we took the Do Not Disturb sign off the door to have our room cleaned: all they did was take our used towels & replace them. At breakfast, the toasters barely toasted, the waffle iron was out of order. I was pleased they had purified water stations to fill our water bottles. Other than the lovely staff, it was a bit sub-par in relation to our usual experience with Holiday Inn Express."

"Property wasn’t clean, elevators very dirty. My room was not properly cleaned the 3 nights I was there. There was hair in my shower when I first went to use it and it was never cleaned up during my stay. Staff was nice but not very efficient when I asked to join Marriott rewards. I had to ask two different people to complete the sign up and I still have not been given the points for my stay. I guess I will have to call to have it cleared up."

"Room clean large enough but similar to all Hampton Inns we stayed this weekend. Only one chair in room and no over head lighting in large area of room only in entry area. Ithaca had a floor lamp tall enough to help a little. Are all a cable rooms on upper floors how does someone unable to do stairs quote at all leave in a fire"

"Exceeded all expectations! Comfortable beds with super warm blankets - never got cold even thought it was as pretty chilly at night. The grounds are equipped with everything you need and has a such communal feel (in a good way). Kids made lots of friends!"
