The staff were brilliant, so accommodating considering our late arrival. They also allowed us to keep our luggage there the next day after check-out - although there was no ticket system to ensure no one else could take our items. I would recommended they adopt this going forward. We had a basic double room which was quite small, but absolutely satisfactory for a one night stay. The room was clean, had most items required, although no ironing board. The location is brilliant, very central with plenty of bars, restaurants, and breakfast options nearby. Overall it was a good experience, I would recommend this hotel.

The location is good, and allows for easy access to most things in Nice. My primary complaint is the noice. The walls are SUPER thin, and as I was given room 107 (directly opposite the food/lounge area) I could hear everything both day and night. If they give you room 107, insist on another.

Been here several times and always a pleasure. Well located to get to: the airport, the train station, the beach, shopping, old town all reachable by foot in a few minutes. Comfortable room and bed in small hotel well located in the downtown area of Nice. 8 minute walk to the sea and old town area. Easy tram or suburban line access. Nice Ville (main) train station is 12 minute walk away. The standard room was definitely on the small side, especially the shower. If you are not a small person you'll be banging your elbows and knees on the shower partitions many times trying to get clean. Once actually, the water never warmed and had to skip a shower that day. I'm sure a one-off problem, but it was substantial for me that day. No food options, no water kettle in room which is annoying. So this is really just a bed and half-shower in a clean place in a good area. I would stay again if I was in a more spacious room with real-size shower.
