Super noisy area! Transportation noise in the morning and drunk heads talking right next door at night until 3am! Even after the staff talking to them, those dumbos don’t seem to care!

Nothing special, but a comfortable and convenient place to spend a night on my way to Italy. 5 minutes walk from (beautiful) Nice station. They were not doing breakfast when i stayed in early October.

A great hotel located in the centre. It is close to many restaurants. It is walkable to most areas. There is a train station near by. The hotel staff were friendly, and my room was cleaned everyday.

Airconditioning worked well, Good noise isolation from the street with double glazed windows. Shower reasonable size. Electric kettle had no lid, two small paper cups provided for tea or coffee. Wifi didn't work using provided info until reception staff entered new ssid and password, this worked until the next day, then same issue with same solution again. Bed mattress too soft. Room upgrades rough around the edges. Stack of toilet rolls in lobby Construction materials left at bottom of staircase. Ok value.

SCAM! Took my deposit and never gave it back because somehow they don't have any record of me staying there despite Expedia sending them proof multiple times. Plus their WIFI wasn't working and they kept saying 'the engineer will come fix it.' Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Rude receptionist. The cleaning ladies walk in on you constantly. I even asked the front desk to make sure no one came into my room and they came in without asking again. Also no noise barriers. You can hear everything in each room.

Budget hotel across the train station
Perfect location just across the train station. Many restaurants and bakeries close by. Only one small elevator for the entire hotel so you have to be patient. Rooms are very small but for that price you cannot really complain. Staff was cool.

It was okay. It was very close to the train station which was great for me. It just was a bit rundown with a sink that wouldn't drain correctly, little things like that. It was very basic, but clean and fine for the price.

Excellent location,50 m to train station and very close to Jean Medicin avenue for shopping. Tram stop for trams to old town is just 50m away. Basic hotel with clean beds but floors should have been vacuumed daily.

Awful hotel and staff
We booked a room and when we arrived they couldn't find us on the system. Later we were given a room which was smelly, dirty with no door locks in the bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom were not cleaned after previous occupants. We requested a new room but the girl at reception said there are no rooms available. We requested a refund and found a different hotel. Most hotels in this area close to the train station are one of the cheapest in Nice but do not expect to get clean rooms although location is good in terms of getting around Nice.

This hotel is still under construction, and unfortunately it's being done by cowboys. Holes in the walls, light fittings half finished and hanging down, no door handle to the bathroom, no hooks to hang towels on, no mirror outside of the bathroom. When you shower water goes everywhere so it means you have to put towels on the floor. It's great for public transport. The staff are nice and friendly.

Great position across the road from station and bus stop, unfortunately the bus to the airport was on strike .Pleasant walk to the beach and loads of restaurants to choose from.20 minutes to Monte Carlo and only 3 Euros.

Good connection to other places in Nice and vicinity to the railway station are a big plus. However during our stay we did not have wifi and hot water was a problem for most of the days

I enjoyed my stay very much. Nearly got into an altercation down Jean Medecin with two young Arab lads but apart from that it was great. Better policing of the area would be a bonus at night.

This hotel was conveniently located next to the tram station for trips around Nice, the train station for trips along the coast and the bus stop to and from the airport. The bedrooms were also generous in size and the staff were happy to take delivery of a letter sent there. However, the hotel was disappointing - the bathroom was small, shabby and poorly finished with cracked tiles, broken taps and a plug which didn't work. We stayed there for four nights and there was little evidence of any actual cleaning - the floor was not hoovered and the dirty bedspread was repeatedly put back on the bed - dirty - despite me removing it. If you want a hair dryer, you are required to pay a ten euro deposit but they were all out on loan when I requested one. Despite promising air conditioning, this also failed to work although the room did not get too hot, to be fair.

Sure its got a great location. But as much as you pay to stay here, you should get decent internet service. I've stayed in a lot cheaper places that had a lot better internet service. You get a strong wireless signal, but try to access the internet, and 99% of your activities timeout. They probably have a small broadband connection that everybody is trying to use. Its a waste of time to use. It would be better to not offer wireless, if you're going to offer bad service.

Right next to station. Good location overall
It did what it said on the tin. Picked it for the price and everything was clean. Very dated and you wouldn't want to spend quality time in your room but if you just want a clean bed and somewhere to shower while avoiding the shower curtain then it's great. The hotel staff were lovely too.

PERFECTLY ADEQUATE
Our double room was small but perfectly adequate for a reasonable price. Big bed compensated for everything else being cramped. The noise on the main road outside was softened by keeping the window shut - which was fine because there was air conditioning. There's a Monoprix next door which is great if you want to keep food prices down. Very close to the station and there's a regular tram towards the sea front for 1.5 Euros.

The hotel charged 109 euros per nigh for a twin, had no coffee or tea facilities in room, no fridge and the bedlinen were not changed during our one week stay.

Hotel with a convenient location for travelers
It is not the best hotel in Nice, but it sure has a lovely staff to make you feel at home. The roams were clean but i guess they could clean the toilets better. I found the single beds quite small but comfortable enough. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, instead i went to the cafés and markets downstairs, where you can find things at your own convenience for a lower price. The fact that the hotel is close to the Train Station with access to the Airport line bus (99), it indeed helped me to save a lot of money as taxis are very expensive in Cote d'Azur.
