Like the location and the proprietor Yann. The surrounding area is decent with restaurants nearby and Old Nice within 15 minute walk, but the sidewalks were quite dirty with lots of dog poop all over the place…we had to constantly look down to avoid stepping on them, making the walks that much less enjoyable. Kinda disappointed with the dirty streets in an otherwise beautiful city and wonderful weather.

Great little Nice stopover well positioned to the train station and the old city. Great staff. Nice extra touches like the bathroom products were Ritual - nice brand :-) Room nicely decorated and big bathroom

Close to the train station and a short walk to shops and the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful going out of their way to store luggage for us and to make us feel at home. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good buffet selection. The comfortable lounge where both breakfast and happy hour were served gave us a chance to meet other guests and to exchange travel stories. Our room was very comfortable and clean and felt spacious and modern.

Comfortable and clean room with very nice bathroom. Safety is a main factor for staying here. Easy access for Uber or cab.

Excellent city centre hotel within 2 mins walking distance of rail links. Ideal base for exploring Monace Antibes,Cannes,Bealieu,Villefranche etc. 20 min walk to Nice old town and main beach area. Very clean and modern facilities , staff very welcoming.

Very welcoming staff, always greeted us with a smile. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful with any questions and recommendations. Of particular note was Audrey who assisted us with a number of question. The hotel is very close to the train station and also easy walking distance to everything. Very modern hotel, clean and super comfortable bed. Very much appreciated the little pastries that were hanging outside our door the morning that we were checking out. It was a lovely gesture. Highly recommend staying here!

Great modern boutique hotel. Everything was good only thing is on check in the colleague did not tell us about the what’s app contact details to contact reception etc. however all the staff were very helpful and accommodating and I would recommend the hotel. Train station is in walking distance and town centre is 15 mins walk.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in their “romantic suite” for our honeymoon. The location of this hotel is unmatched if you are wanting to utilize the trains. With that, this hotel is surprisingly quiet due to it not being directly on a busy street. The hotel is gated with a keypad locking entrance after 10PM. We both felt very safe here. The staff was amazing. I requested something special for my wife’s birthday and they were able to accommodate my request going above and beyond all expectations. Recommendations given to us for places to eat and explore were on point and as far as walking distance from what Nice has to offer it is in a great location for that as well if you don’t mind a 10 min walk.

Excellent boutique hotel. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location near the train station and tram stop. Beach was a 10 minute walk away.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and tasteful. The staff was very friendly, helpful and gracious. The location was great for being close to the train station. The breakfast was good with several choices.
