The location was good, we had the beach view but most of the fifth floor was under construction with terrible non stop noise. For a high end hotel with high prices it was extremely disappointing.

Hôtel Vacances Bleues Le Royal
The room was clean, beautifully maintained, and had a stunning ocean view — it was the perfect place to relax. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great too, with a bus stop just nearby, making everything super convenient. Highly recommended!

Westminster Hotel & Spa Nice
All lovely, I had asked for a sea view and hoped for a balcony but think I Had one of the rooms with sea view and no balcony. The hotel was lovely, breakfast good, bed comfy, receptionists were friendly.

The location is excellent — about a 7–10 minute walk to the Promenade and the beach, and roughly 10–15 minutes to the train station, which made getting around very easy. A lovely hotel in an excellent situation on Promenade des Anglais. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was the best we've experienced.
