For a 4 star hotel, it needs serious remodeling especially the bathrooms. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and the location is great.

Property is dated. Lobby design was bad. Staff is nice and helpful. Our 5th floor room was nice and updated. but bathroom doesn't have ventilation. Breakfast quality didn't meet expectation, cooked with canned mushroom and frozen spinach.

By far best hotel on the promenade had a great stay beautiful room with seaview great staff best Restuarant should be 5stars not 4 stood at a 5star down the block for 4 days was terrible west end was 5stars plus will be going back next year

This hotel is in an amazing location, walking distance to everything! The room was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely characterful hotel which was comfortable. Unfortunately there was an extremely loud function space across the road on the beach, playing party music until 12.30 am. We also experienced some inebriated guest trying to access our room in the early hours. Clearly not much the hotel could do about that though.
