Also shows me attitude and then when escalated to the manager, she was unhelpful as well. Then they downgraded me from a 4th floor room to a 2nd floor room. Very bad service ..."

"The hotel is nice. My issue was the bed was horrible. It had indentation. It was worn out. housekeeping left my door open. They didn't throw the trash out 2 days in a row. We had to call the front desk to have them take it out. They didn't clean the bathroom"
