"Quite disappionted that the Spa was not available during our stay. Parricularly after a Day trip and needing to relax. Restaurant for Breakfast was very good, but not so much for dinner. Empty and lack of any ambiance, until asked them to at least play some music.... No towels at the pool, youhave to take your room towels wlth you. Staff OK but not overly helpful. Only hotel in Vietnam where we were not welcomed, shown to our room or helped with our lugguge. Town not exactly geared up to host guests so Hotel should have made more of an effort. Having said that Phong Nha Caves National Park and Paradlse Caves was exceptional and well worth the visit."

"The hotel suite was just amazing, the bed and bath was exceptional and so comfy, the staff were friendly and happy to help. Food and drink were also high quality. Ran out of some drinks tho. Inside spa the water could be cleaner, didn’t use it in the end. But the outside pool was lovely and much cleaner. "

"Very comfortable and modern hotel located close to the riverside and about 1 km from beach where you can swim. Riverside is lined with restaurants serving seafood. You can see the fishing boats from the hotel. About 15 minutes walk in to the main town, recommend tree hugger cafe for coffee and juices. The breakfast selection at the hotel was very good mainly Asian style, with bread, meats and jams plus omelette station, fruits and mini cakes. The roof top pool is very nice for a dip, could have some deck chairs to sit on. Dong Hoi is calmer and quite compared to Hanoi and a place for a night or two while travelling south or as a stop to Phong Nha for the caves. "
