Diane (Australia)

We booked for 6 days left after 2 days staff where very rude, room was dirty, safe was not working and Air conditioning did not cool at all. Breakfast was not catered at all for westerners. Would not recommend Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel

Bad Sophia

Can't really recommend this hotel. I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with customer service during the check-in because the hotel couldn't find my reservation. They also insisted to keep my passport for the whole stay. Worst part for us was the night club next to the hotel playing very loud techno music from 8pm-2am. We had to sleep with earplugs. Communication with hotel staff was difficult and the receptionists were always with their phones ignoring guests. Also the room was a lot smaller than informed. Breakfast was nice and the hotel location was good.

À éviter pour le prix. Fuyons
