Good location

Really accommodating staff without exception. Not the cleanest room that I have stayed in. We were told an ocean view but got a street view with trees. I would stay there again anyway. Good breakfast. We didn't care because it was only for a night.

Poor hotel and overpriced due to TET

Arrived late (12.30pm) after slow train from Danang. 9 steps no staff for our 3 suitcases. Reception empty. Uninterested night porter turned up gave us a key. Had to ask about breakfast. Room was one of only 2 with a balcony Overlooking the sea over a 3 lane highway. All drivers honk pointlessly every 5 secs so incredibly noisy. Our floor was filled with overloaded asian families who liked to scream and shout up and down the corridors from 6am. The breakfast was truly awful. First day there was no juice left, the coffee was empty,hardly any manky fruit. Corn flakes were dispensed from a bowl big enough for 1. When i had the half a bowl left there was no more. There was no cold milk. For the next week there was only coco pops. Still no cold milk. I bought frosties and milk and took my own. There was no bacon all 10 days. Most days the bread choice was sweet sliced or baguette ends (until they ran out). Never a croissant. The toaster was a combi -microwave.Why? It took literally 10 mins to do toast. The offerings were the worst i've ever seen. The juices, over sweet like everywhere, often consisted of a couple of exotic flavours at the expense of basic orange juice, until they ran out. Upstairs from the 15th floor breakfast room was the pool. I've got a bigger bath. It was walled and sunken so was going to be in shade. Up a few steps was an unmanned area with a few loungers and no cushions. Facing east - you get it? The room was not cleaned very well.

Good location...right by the beach and restaurants

I did like the location as it was across from the beach. Many restaurants in the area all walking distance. The staff was very helpful too. It is a bit dated but all in all it was a good stay.

On arrival they wanted to keep one passport as hotel policy I insisted they only take a copy and that I keep my own passport which they agreed to First room we were shown was an interior room with no windows! We insisted on change and they did " upgrade" us for free to a room with spectacular sea view Room itself was adequate but tired looking, bathroom spotless, bed tempurpedic style very comfortable. A/C good and not noisy. Large flat screen TV with several English speaking Chanel's but only CNN news channel grrrrr! Wifi on and off which they did rectify Breakfast Asian style adequate but a bit boring Rooftop pool and lounging area spotless with great views 5 minute walk to boardwalk and beach but bust road to cross which is the normal everywhere in Vietnam On our last day painter tried to do touch up work in our room when we were there told him to go away Joel guests consist of people from Russia and mainland China Overall value for money only if you have room with view 300 VND taxi to airport 40 minute ride and al taxis clean and comfortable Just be aware that Nha Trang is not a tranquil seaside town it is rather noisy from 5am in the morning to late at night. Some Vietnamese charm left but seems like Russian , western culture and $$$ destroying local culture

Nice hotel next to beach

This was a nice hotel for the price. The staff was very helpful (Especially Minh). Great location close to beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast at the hotel. Would recommend it if you are looking to relax in Nha Trang. The only negative was that the pool and skybar were not functional.

Average hotel

Hotel facilities overall is old. Concierge service was good. They help us rent the motorbike and enthusiasm to show the way to the places we would like to visit. The only one thing made me not be pleasant was housekeeping service. They should be more active to arrange the time to perform their duties. Don't let the guest wait until late afternoon.

When we first arrived the receptionist couldn't find our booking and told us we were at the wrong hotel despite us even showing her our booking. It wasn't until we made her confirm the address on our booking was the same as the address of the hotel that she found our file....right on top of her desk. Upon checking out they also tried to charge us for drinks from the mini bar that we didn't have.

We booked the sea view room, the more expensive one. The pictures on the website look very nice but the room is quite plain. Only the view was nice. Still it was a comfortable stay.

Room very nice. Most of the staff didn't care about anything. Hard to communicate with and therefor they didn't want to help. Breakfast very ordinary. Only use pool between 6am and 6pm. No pool towels supplied.

Nice hotel, walk to beach and restaurants

I had arranged for a hotel driver to meet me at the airport but could not find him when I arrived. When I texted their number, I received an immediate call back. Staff apologized for a "system failure" and asked me to take a taxi. I considered this to be only a minor inconvenience. When walking into the hotel, the receptionist repeatedly apologized and upgraded my room to a larger one with a sea view. From the moment of check-in, I found all staff to be friendly and helpful. The English skill of some is limited but by each of us speaking clearly there were no issues. The breakfast buffet was cold cuts, cheese, bread, rice, beef, pork, soup, salad, coffee and juice. It was simple but was more than enough to start the day. Don't expect 4 or 5 star cuisine and you won't be disappointed. If you're a picky eater, don't complain, just go somewhere else. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak but the public beach across the street had a strong one. The beach lounge chairs with umbrella rent for less than $5/day. Waiters from nearby restaurants service the lounge chair users and food prices are reasonable. Many good restaurants are nearby, both on and off the beach. If you want to explore the area, motorbike taxis are waiting on every corner. Currency exchanges are within walking distance.

Close to the beach

The hotel is one block from the beach. You can walk across the busy street. The breakfast is very nice, with many selections. If you get an ocean side view, you will have an excellent look at the ocean and the cable car going out to the amusement park.

Сразу начнем с отрицательных сторон отеля, а потом похвалим. Во- первых- самое большое неудобство, если с Вами на одном этаже поселили китайцев. С самого раннего утра они собираются в одну большую толпу ( причем ощущение, что с нескольких этажей) и громко обсудив события прошедшей ночи, топая и крича на весь отель направляются на завтрак. В ресторане они также продолжают орать (нередко из одного конца ресторана в другой). После еды оставляют кучи мусора не только на столе, но и на полу. Неудачный проект отеля делает сон беспокойным- рядом с каждым номером проходит или лестничный пролет или лифтовая шахта. Люксовые номера имеют хорошие окна. Номера подешевле- окно очень маленькое или окно выходит на шахту с кондиционерами. Теперь про хорошие моменты. Отель расположен рядом с пляжем у "Парка Горького"- пляж чистый, хорошие шезлонги с матрасами и большими полотенцами за 250 рублей в день на двоих. Людей немного. На пляже можно поесть недорого- заказать можно тут же в ресторане. В Нячанг хочется вернуться, но жить будем в другом отеле.

Bra beliggenhet, men manglet vindu på rommet

Var her kun i en dag. Ganske nytt hotell. Vi valgte den billigste løsningen uten sjøutsikt. Det gjorde vi dumt i for endte opp med et rom med ett lite vindu rett inn i en vegg. Det så derimot ut som at rommene med sjøutsikt var fine. Rommet i seg selv var veldig fresh. Frokosten var helt ok. Beliggenheten er bra, rett ved stranden. Kun en kort strekke å gå til sentrumkjernen. I øverste etasje var det et fint areale med basseng. Kunne se utover hele byen! Vært en tur opp...

Fint og nytt hotell.

Vi opplevde en super sevice, det var Veldig god frokost med godt utvalg av både frukt nudler ris supper. Veldig høffelig personale, om man finner noe og utsette er det nok innkjøringsproblemer, de sa hotellet bare hadde vært åpent ca 2 månder. Om jeg slulle si et minus som foreldre er det at om man låser døren fra innsiden låser døren seg opp med dørvrideren, så barn lett kan stikke ut, eller du må løpe og stoppe de. Ellers er det veldig kort vei til stranden .
