These apartments are nice ! However the pictures on the website are or the HOTEL beside it not of the apartments - the hotel is a little run down but has a washing machine and kitchen and BEAUTIFUL ocean view. The location is down an alleyway and office is on the 36th floor. Overall would stay here again.

Stedet var meget beskidt, ikke særlig mange køkkrnting men det der var lugtede muggent. Ingen rengøring. Det var meget svært. Man skulle op på 36 etage for at komme til receptionen, men de var der ikke nogen af de gange vi var der for at få hjælp, for airconditionen virkede ikke. Der er kun 3 elevatorer til Ca. 45 etager så der er lang ventetid. En god ting er dog at stedet ligger lige ud stranden

Una pena, porque está muy bien situado

He estado 10 días, me costó más de media hora que me atendieran para el check-in. El estado del apartamento es bastante malo, falta cuberteria, el microondas no iba y me lo cambiaron, y había quemaduras de cigarro por el sofá y todos los muebles La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la playa y de todos los restaurantes y comercios Solo tres ascensores para cientos de personas, es incomodo y agobiante la piscina ni es gratis ni esta en el bloque de los apartamentos, está en el hotel de al lado y es de pago

와우!! 최악 of the 최악의 숙소였습니다 새벽비행기로 5시간정도만 자고 나갈꺼라 저렴한곳을 찾았었는데 들어가자마자 사진과다른 뭔가 낡고 지저분한 분위기... 거기까지야 뭐 그러려니 했으나 문제는!! 바닥,세면기,주방을 지나다니는 두둥..바.퀴.벌.레.!!!로 우리 아이들 기절초풍 울고불고 당장나가자고 난리ㅠ 새벽3시라 도저히 다른곳 찾을엄두가 안나 애들달래고 겨우쪽잠잤네요 바퀴와 동침ㅠ 애들이 무서워해서 한침대 넷이!! (애들가운데 저와신랑이 밖에)잤는데 침대는 넷이자도 편하긴하더라구요? 뭐 전망은 사진대로 나트랑비치뷰 끝내주긴합니다만 바퀴벌레로 인해 생각하기도 싫으네요 아침해 뜨고 양치도 안하고 뛰어나왔습니다ㅠ 와 진짜 애들때문에 담담한척하느라ㅠ 덕분에? 좋~~~은경험하고 제 멘탈도 강해졌네요

Stains on bedsheets

There are stains on the bedsheets and blankets which give a bad impression on their cleanliness. We know that those are washed but they should not present that to the people if they say that it is clean and hygienic.

가성비 괜찮아요

장점 비치랑 가까움 뷰가 좋음 거실따로 방 따로 에어컨 두대 단점 첨엔 찾기 다소 어려움(호텔 왼쪽 골목) 엘베가 3개뿐이라 사람들 모이면 답 없음 거기다 해변이 가까워 해수욕하고 오는 사람들이랑 같이 타면 짜증이.. 엘베가 타고 내릴때 조금씩 움직임...무섭.. 수영장은 호텔 로비로가서 5층 유료 7.5만동 애 어른 동일.

The reception to new customers was very disappointed and disconnected. They left you waiting downstairs for 30 minutes so other felt bad for to take you up to office . The girl at the desk handed you the key and sent you away to find the apartment. I was there last September with other company which were warn and personable

It was nice but it needs to repair door.

It was nice place. However the locker was not working well so that it was tough time to open and close the door. Except that it was perfect place to stay with family. There were two bed rooms and one of them had ocean view.

생각보단 괜춘~~

싼 호텔치고 머무르긴 편했고..비싼호텔과 비교한다면 침대는..푹푹 들어가는 정도지만..우리는 잠시 머물다가갔기 때문에 큰 불편함이 없었다. 다만..현관문은 일반 방 문이라 방음처리는 약했다. 밖에서 애기가 뛰어노는 소리가 들렸으니까ㅋㅋㅋ

맛집가기 좋은 장소

일단 가격대비 적당. 단 청결을 신경쓰면 비추. 매일 아침 청소해주기 때문에 외출 후 돌아오면 깔끔해져서 좋긴하나 기본적으로 호텔이 아니라 깔끔한 집은 아님. 여행자 거리에서 가까워 맛있는집 근처 위치해있다. 위치에선 최고인듯. 투어버스정거장도 근처고. 직원도 친절. 밤 비행기 타고 새벽 도착했는데 직원은 자고있고 호텔이름도 표시도 안되있어서 근처에서 헤맴.

Handi Hotel is a 1-star ripoff

This picture is not the handi holiday. It is the Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel. They are affiliated. The Hadi is a 1-star. The pictured Muong is a 4-star. The latter fronts the ocean. The Handi fronts a dirt lot preparing for development. Hotels.com charged me 3 times rate for same room as on Agoda. I am not happy. I know this will not get posted but I hope you respond to numerous emails sent on this matter. You will soon see a drop off to no bookings If I do not get a timely response.

I would not stay here again...ever!

Advertised as 2 bed apartment with separate living. Whole apartment was in one room. One bed was so hard it felt like ply board. The staff was good and found another mattress for us. Website advertised gym, pool, restaurants etc. These are all in the hotel next door and it costs to use them. Lost count of the number of cockroaches in the room. The nightclub next door pumped all night hence little sleep. On our morning of departure the lift greeted us with a pile of vomit in it....disgusting!!!! Would not recommend this place at all.

La entrada es por una puerta lateral, lo que lo hace extraño. La recepción está en el piso 36. El personal es MARAVILLOSO! Son muy amables y hacen todo para ayudarte lo más que pueden. El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones y 2 baños y es muy cómodo!
