Their solution to a problem of their making was to suggest another hotel many kilometers away at my own expense and additional payment. They still haven't refunded my money that was paid through hotels.com. I take this opportunity to warn prospective travelers to stay far away from this hotel. It's a nightmare."

"The room was slightly larger than a coffin. The entrance to the shower was about 3 feet wide, I am not a large man but had to squeeze through the opening. When using the sink, water would run out from the base and, since the floor was not level, the water would run out of the bathroom and pool at the side of the bed.
