The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi

My flight got cancelled so I arrived 24h after planned arrival.
The hotel could not re-fund me for the 1st night which is not ok. Other then that, I would rate the hotel, staff and breakfast as 5 star.
