Service in the bar area was a joke, borderline embarrassing.
Slack service, with (teenage) staff more interested on being on their phones ( can be seen in cellar area).
Simple requests ignored and repeatedly asked for - drink, payment,, receipt etc."
"I’ve reached out to the hotel and had one response in regards to the list of complaints we had about our stay. In summary we had a buzzing noise outside our room the entire time and when I went to the desk I was told it would go off as we were above the kitchen.. we were not above the kitchen and it didn’t go off!
There were a lot of things about the stay that wasn’t very nice and to not receive a proper response was just adding insult to injury.
Not a 5 star hotel in my eyes I am really sorry but you need to treat your customers (especially repeat customers) better"
