"The rooms were clean but the walls are paper thin. We were able to hear EVERYTHING from the room next door. Things I would’ve rather not hear."

"I never received a message from the hotel how to check in or enter the building as it was a self check in system. I called and their response was we sent you multiple texts to enter CC information, which I never did. Even on the phone I wasn’t receiving anything while standing outside in the cold. Not sure why this happened but it was unfortunate and I didn’t end up staying. Only until I was 30 minutes on my way home I got the message. They need to do a better follow up for guests so this doesn’t happen again. "

"The room smelled clean when I walked in and was very clean! I walked around barefoot even (don’t attack me lol) and the bottom of my feet were still clean which says a lot in my opinion. the bed was alright but the sheets and pillows were really comfortable. the area was quiet and is very close by to a lot of places. They were mostly a 5-10 min drive. The staff was very kind and pleasant to talk to! "

"Spacious well maintained apartments. Rural area. Nice scenery. Friendly staff. Free washer dryers for guests in each apartment building. We stayed in the essex building and drove to the main building to check out the amenities and watch a movie in the theater. The kitchens are well stocked. The area is rural and did not have any cell signal for our various providers. There is unsecured WiFi all around the property. Bring groceries with you. "
