"Staff was great and Resort was nice…my daughter loved the lazy river! My dad loved the coffee and cookies! The balcony was really nice. Parking in garage was kinda tight, but outdoor parking is available. There was a charge to use the games in the game room, so kids didn’t experience that. Location was perfect! Right off Parkway and close to The Island and Dollywood. Easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay there again."

"This is my second time staying at the property, I travel here for a show at the convention center that is attached to the hotel. The staff was very helpful, I had a shipment that arrived at the hotel and they alerted me as soon as it got there, they had it at the front desk for me to pick up. The rooms have always been clean and in working order, there is a little store, a breakfast restaurant to pick up something quick in the mornings as well as a restaurant/bar that opens around 4PM or 5PM to grab dinner and/or drink. This is a great stay for families that want to use their water park and other fun amenities as well as an 18-hole golf course and driving range. They have onsite parking and shuttles to take you down to the other property that has everything a family would want to do. I'd recommend this property for fun or staying for a convention."

"Building is outdated we stayed in the 6th floor and it was old and dark,breakfast is just sausage sticks potatoes and eggs everyday and your regular toast bagels and cereal,indoor pool is in the basement and it was old and dirty and just too scary to go down there ,the room that i got had a king size bed and bunkbeds and i asked for a king size bed and a jacuzzi we were celebrating our 30th anniversary it was just weird looking at those bunkbeds everyday im not staying here again i rather pay the extra money for a more newer and cleaner hotel,you get what you pay for i guess"
