The internet service is unreliable as one night I couldn’t have WiFi inside the room.

The security guy knocked on our door said we were too loud as we had a friend couple stopped by after Pendry bar. It is okay to tell us keep volume down but his attitude was like we were teenagers and party in the room. He didnt tell us with polite attitude but very rude.
The property was dirty. I was at the pool and I stepped on him and another mess. I complained to get it cleaned up and no one listed. Then the elevator shut down so we couldn’t get to our floor. No one cared. This is an expensive property. We will be staying at the VEA from now on.
Staff, valet, common areas are first class! Restaurant SET and the main lounge were fantastic. Rooms are updated, but the hotel's bathrooms were not updated after Pendry took over. The rose stone doesn't go at all with the black and Grey in the hotel. Otherwise, Hotel is stylish!

Has to be the nicest, most professional hotel ever. Room was clean and spacious. Attention to detail Even the toiletries were fantastic. Will definitely go back.

The property and staff are amazing. We really enjoyed our visit. The problem was with the lack of full disclosure of charges. We have been charged over $1800.00 for a $ 1100.00 room. We have multiple pending charges that are not disclosed At check in. Also this property has no self parking. You are required to valet park for an additional $120.00 for our weekend. We kind of feel taken advantage of.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very nice facility. Miss when it was the Fashion Island Hotel though. Updated and more upscale now without some of the casual niceties and at a higher price tag. Still hard to beat.
