It’s a nice property with a good view of the bay. The restaurant was quite good, as were the staff and the service. I will write this somewhere between 3 1/2 and four stars for this area.

Everything was very nice, our room was very spacious and had a Bay view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the parking fee at $40 a day is a bit too steep as you’ve paid alot for your room.
Very comfortable room. Hotel is convenient to everything. Would stay again.

The staff is lovely. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was out of service and they couldn’t get it approved from some inspection that was the only draw back.
There is a $40. A day parking fee and $10 Internet fee. Nothing is really complementary there.
Next time I would look for a place had more complementary things like parking and Wi-Fi.
The bottle of water in my room cost seven dollars some places have that being complementary.
But it’s beautiful room…. And a beautiful view if you’re on the right side of the building.

Arrived early (2 pm) and was told room wasn’t ready. (I expected that) I was told they would text me when ready. Checked back 4 times- staff was rude at that point. Room still wasn’t ready at 4:30! They offered me $15 off the $40 parking fee for my time. I suggested they just comp the total parking which they finallly did. Never got the room we reserved (2 doubles) for my son and I. Ended up with a Murphy bed and Queen. Very disappointing service!

When we arrived the key card system was down had to have someone take us up to our room. We went out for the night and when we got back in the system was only working on one computer with o we persons log in.
Got charged twice for parking when I asked the receptionist she said she didn’t charge me but the charge is on my bank account.

I liked how close the hotel was to local eateries and attractions, while at the same time not too close to affect the quietness of the hotel.
