"The AC was not working n entire night even with temp at 50, it was hot. Staff was not courteous at the front desk, didn’t even bother to smile or ask how the stay was. Not worth the money. I booked it for 1 night just to sleep but struggled entire night with the temperature n heat "

"I won’t leave a super long and detailed review, but it was one of the best stays that we’ve had in a hotel in my entire life to be honest. The staff is all really young and with that USUALLY comes inexperience, but this staff went far beyond expectations and would be something you would see at a Four Seasons. They were courteous, engaging, talkative, empowered, and did what was right for the guest at all times. We had a smaller room, but the decor was nice, the toiletries were amazing, and the small touches like the beach basket and the cooler in the room were next level. If you have a chance to stay, I would recommend without a doubt. It is our go to hotel. I’m moving forward if we come back to this area."
