Good location in the touristy Grassmarket area. Simple standard rooms that mostly fit our needs. Breakfast was served in adjacent bar. Road construction while we were there threw off the vibe though.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was spotless and cleaned to high standard. On entering the lady on reception couldn’t be anymore helpful with a smile. The room was spacious and very comfy.
