Reception staff quick & helpful. Room clean & spacious. Tea/Coffee/Kettle provided along with a microwave & fridge. Noisy music from NUFC bar opposite until early hours. Get a room at the back to avoid this. Good breakfast choice but pricey at £19.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead
Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. Room too warm for us personally even with window open. Bathroom fixtures (bath/shower fittings) could do with being updated/modernised. Overall pleasant stay.

Copthorne Hotel Newcastle
Hotel was lovely friendly staff but the food was awful. Evening meal very disappointing, overcooked steak undercooked chips and a ceasar salad with no dressing or Parmesan cheese.
