"i loved this place. the rooms are very basic. but really clean and comfortable. one thing that sometimes doesn’t work with a budget motel is the AC or the TV but both worked totally fine. even the fridge worked well! all staff were super nice. and the free complete breakfast that you could even get to go was awesome and actually pretty solid. all-in-all super good price, complimentary food, and nice folks. highly recommend for an affordable stay in barstow."

"Room was very clean and bed was comfy. But the real standout was the lovely woman running the front desk! What a sweet person she was from check in and then again at breakfast. She and I (and to a lesser extent my husband) talked as if we'd known each other forever! I told her if we decided to stop in Barstow for a night then we'd stay at the Rodeway again! 5* service!"
