"It was fair, I guess what I paid for. Some staff rude and others ok especially the blk lady with a low blonde hair(cool girl).I didn’t like the room and the hall way carpet looked really dirty cos of the colour I guess. Ist breakfast was really scanty and one of the pancake maker was faulty, wasn’t impressed. Breakfast view was cool though"

"The Kenilworth Hotel was a wonderful stay! Our room was immaculate; the staff had positive energy, the grounds were well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was great during our 4-day stay. The hotel sits up on a seemingly hilltop location…very nice! This hotel will be our go-to hotel when in the area. Thank you to all who made our stay a memorable experience! "

"First, the shuttle van was in poor condition, obviously damaged in an accident, with barely any A/C on a mid 80s day. This is a very dated and worn down property. Public areas are in better shape than the rooms. Elevators had dirty floors. Our room had peeling wallpaper, rusted bathroom door hinges, grossly stained chairs and carpets, etc, etc. Even the do-not-disturb sign was worn and ragged! We requested a change and were shown an "updated" room. Pretty much just as bad. I was told this is a corporate Hilton property...hard to believe. We won't return to this property."

"No breakfast. AC made a terrible noise ALL night. The clerk said they were aware of it and there's nothing that can be done. We had to leave early and pay for another hotel. The design and cleanliness were very nice."
