"Though there were exceptions, the people at the desk were misleading and unhelpful.
We were not allowed to park in the hotel parking lot because we arrived earlier than check in time, which required an extra expense, and a big inconvenience as we had to carry our bags to the parking lot assigned. On checking out, we were misled about how the lot we were supposed to use was to be paid.
When we checked out, we needed to get our bags from out of storage and had to wait until a security person arrived -- that person didn't, and then the desk person finally was willing to get our luggage when another guest was checking in.
The toilet paper roll in the room when we arrived was nearly empty (though there was another roll available.)
The air condiioning was set on celsius, which was confusing (New Jersey is pretty far from anyplace that uses celsius).
The machines downstairs to get beverages and snacks were confusing and defective and out of product.
We will never stay at this hotel again."
