"Parking can be tricky, it’s worth paying to park at the hotel!"

"Walked into lobby where counter was an unsteady board covered by a drape cloth. Place was being renovated. Had to wheel husband into restaurant and ramp rugs were filthy. Food was good. Staff was nice. Got to room at 6:30 pm and there was NO HOT WATER. NONE! Fortunately the hot water was replenished by morning. This was a Crowne Plaza with a Motel 6 vibe...but maybe the low price should have warned me."

"I don't know where to start. There is virtually no parking for the hotel besides a cramped alleyway in which they tell you to ignore the do not park signs. The staff at night are very rude and could not provide any details about the cost of parking. Three trips from the elevator to the front desk we finally got a card to our room which worked. The room had a decent appearance except for the cockroaches and unfinished bathroom (door from missing showerhead not completely attached). "

"Our first impressions were not wonderful! It took 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that there was no food amenities on site. We would have to place order for takeout! There was no place to eat our takeout except on our beds! We also went for a walk and the neighbourhood is subpar and possibly dangerous with needles on the road. Wear breakfast this morning with far from acceptable. There was a little to no food available. We had to ask for syrup and she gave us one for a family. There was no fruit. There was no yogurt. There was no butter! Far from acceptable when they see the only feature."

"Floor smelt like smoke, could tell the staff tried to cover it up with spray. Breakfast staff incredibly rude. My 9 year old son had a soccer tournament in Newark, with an 8am game on Saturday morning. Wanted to grab him the buffett breakfast before leaving at 7. I was not planning on eating (need to eat with medication around 9), they wouldn’t let me even help him scoop his food if I didn’t pay. We were one of the first ones there, plenty of space. I wasn’t going to pay $20 just to sit at a table with him, so he sat alone to eat breakfast. Terrible service. "

"People very nice. This building must have been built in the 70’s. Remodels of older hotels often miss the mark. Still have spackled ceilings and bathroom needs fully refreshed. Exposed receptacles and ceiling wires exposed. Not up to snuff for a Hilton brand. "

"Sun flower seeds on the floor in the corners which lead me to believe they did not clean good at all Bed had the most springs I have ever felt The pillows smelled like greasy old man head odor our stay was only for one night while we flew out but never again will I stay with this hotel. "
