My stay went perfectly fine with the exception of....... It is not mentioned (here on Expedia) that there is a $5 deposit for a hotel key, Then when you go to return the key, they also ask you for the TV remote that they also give you at check-in. When i went to return the key to get my $5 deposit back. I was told I also needed to give them the remote, or I could not get my $5 deposit back. The problem is that at the time when I was given the remote at time of checking when asked for the deposit for the hotel key, I was never told that. I needed to return the remote as well to get my deposit back. They refused to make any effort to say. Okay, we'll go into the room and get it or give me the key back. So that I could go get the remote I told the indie that was working. The front desk that she could take the $5 and shove it up her "p"ass

The door to the tunnel for maintenance workers was unsecured in our bathroom, the screws were removed and the door was loose which made it accessible to our room that made me and my husband uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good the receptionist was very helpful and nice.

There was no hot water all night. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. As advertised in the pictures on the website. The floor was dirty, the bed. Sheets had burn marks in it. There was no heat in the room.They gave me a portable heater

Clean room, except the hot tub. We fill it up and when we started the water jets a lots of dirt came out of them.. we emptied out, clean it and tried again but the same happened. The receptionist was nice.

I actually didn’t stay there and got a refund. It wasn’t in a desirable neighborhood and everything about it was seedy. I got to my room and turned on the tv and the first thing to come on was porn. Ok, nope. I got up and left immediately. Everything about the place wasn’t for me and m lifestyle.
