"Great hotel in a great area of the city"

"Everything was good . Front reception was always nice and welcoming. The room was a little dirty. Like the sheets weren't changed from previous days. In the restroom they left both toilet paper rolls half way. They just folf the corner to make it look neat. But we had to ask for more toilet paper. The lotion dispenser in the restroom was empty. Cleaning needs better attention to their rooms. "

"Embassy suites was good. Needed updating. Ice machine did not work on our floor, 5th, and 4th so used one on 3rd. Used stairway to get there and it was not kept clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. "
