Only one person checking people in and was a very long line. Staff was pleasant. No towels or water cooler in the gym is odd. Very comfortable bed and we had a great view of MSG. The Shelburne Sonesta New York
The location was perfect, staff was super helpful and friendly and we loved the access to the roof top bar/resturant. It was a treat to stay here and we will definitely stay here again when we are in town
