PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
No room service, broken elevators, dirty carpets in hallway, freezing cold showers due to alleged pipe burst, tub was dirty, paper thin walls, concierge doesn’t respond to text or calls when reaching out, and someone was doing bdsm in the hallway. Never, ever again!!!
