"Elevator didn’t work 2 nights in a row. They blamed it on traffic and a lot of people were complaining. I missed my Broadway show reservation and 2 Ubers because of it. We had to climb down 14 flights of stairs to make it down 3 times."

"The main lobby and bar and on-site restaurant were nice. The room is need of a remodel but generally still clean and comfortable. Location is 10/10 because it is directly across from Newark airport. The room was extremely well insulated, did not hear a single airplane flying over."

"Very convenient location for Sightseeing and eateries. Room is quiet. Bed is comfortable. Despite not having a handheld shower head, the water flow was good for showering and good drainage. Front lobby is small with no bathroom provided. Can arrange car service to the airport."
