Our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good, location was convenient and we did not use the parking since we took the train. Hotel seemed to be taken care of even though it is a very old building. We would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Large room with separate sitting area. Refrigerator is a bonus. Close to Penn Station.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Room was nice and clean. Beds were super soft and pillows too soft. No firm pillows. Maybe have to ask for them. Beds we full not queen. Room gets cleaned each day. We had an issue in the restroom and maintenance came in less than 10 min.
