The staff are wonderful here. The outdoor pool was closed because it was cold in March when we were there. They had an indoor pool which was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all though. Best Western Plus Yacht Harbor Inn
Property is clearly dated. Time for a remodel. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend staying on the second floor as the lights from the cars in the parking lot come through the glass blocks in the front of the room.

Booking via a 3rd party hurt me in the end. When I arrived, I was immediately told my reservation had been moved to a sister hotel. I received no email or phone call as they stated when you book with a 3rd party, no contact information is provided to them. The first manager at the courtyard was rude! ...

Did not complete the stay at this motel. German cockroaches in the room when we arrived. They did give us a refund and we left immediately.
